Arti Lazar was a former ally of Odeta Marku.
Biography[]
One night, Arti was hired by Odeta to help stage a kidnapping by dragging Julia Martic along with her dead son Petros from their family home. After Petros' body was buried in a park, Arti decided to betray Odeta by stealing money from Julia given to her by Odeta, beat and rape Julia before leaving her for the police to find.
Odeta, in retaliation, ordered Arti's death and he was found shot in the head inside his vehicle hours later.
