Maria Malone is the ex wife of Jack Malone , together they have two daughters, Hannah (1994) and Kate (1996). She's a lawyer. She left Jack because he had an affair with his subordinate Samantha Spade . She left for Chicago and obtain the full custody of her two daughters after a custody battle with Jack. Even if she want to have the full custody of her daughter, she still want Jack to be a part of their lives.
