Randy Enty (born Randy Spade) is the biological son of Emily Reynolds (born Spade) and Joe Henry, Emily's stepfather. He is the nephew of Samantha but she didn't know about him before he was 16 years old.
He is born from the rape of Joe to Emily. Emily put him for adoption at birth. He was later adopted by Dale Enty and his wife. He suffers from a serious disease but was saved by his biological grandmother, Patricia.

His biological aunt, Samantha, was forced to kill Randy’s biological father and half-brother. His father kept raping Randy’s birth mother, Emily, and his half-brother tried to murder Emily.
Randy doesn’t know anything about his biological family, and his adoptive father doesn’t want him to know as long as he’s young.
